Fees
If we choose to create a therapeutic relationship, my standard fee is $180 for a 50 minute session payable by venmo, zelle, or paypal (with a small fee). I believe therapy works best without the intervention of corporate third-parties. Therefore, I do not accept insurance; however, I will gladly provide you with a monthly statement to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.

A sliding fee scale is also available for clients unable to pay full fee. This adjusted fee can be negotiated during the half hour consultation session.

 
Supporting Diversity and Combating Oppression
I welcome clients from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds, as well as LGBTQIA clients and partnerships/families in any form (including polyamory and kink communities). I have extensive experience working with clients from marginalized groups regarding internalized messages from society and the impact of oppression and prejudice. It is important for therapy to provide space to process the impact of living in oppressive environments. Our work together will offer strategic support and help develop coping skills that promote your resilience.

 
Attachment Parenting and Advocacy for Families
I am an advocate for healthy family choices regardless of social norms. Attachment Parenting, non-traditional families, and alternative birthing methods (home or birth center births) or education styles (homeschooling or unschooling) all carry misunderstanding in our culture. Good information, support, and confidence can be catalysts for powerful outcomes in your family.

 
Supporting Clinicians and Other Healing Professionals
One of the great joys of my work is supporting other Clinicians and Healers to care for themselves and process their experiences so they may continue to be healing presences in the world. Clinicians comprise a large percentage of my practice and I appreciate the distinct qualities of serving other healers.
